Phone and computer help, without the rush.

I’m Ryan Murray, owner of Twin Shepherd AI.

In-home help with your phone, computer and account security, plus practical ways to recognize AI-era scams. Designed with adults 65+ in mind, with time for your questions.

Two German Shepherds resting together on the deck of a boat.
Atlas (tan) and Rhea (black), the “twin shepherds”… actually uncle and niece.

The home visit

  • Review up to three agreed accounts and suitable security improvements

What about hardware security keys?

We first check whether your provider supports a key and agree on recovery options. You enter your own passwords, demonstrate signing in with the supported setup and keep your keys and recovery information. We check backup access before completing setup and record delayed or incomplete work as unfinished. We do not remove an existing recovery method without an agreed alternative. Hardware is separate from the visit price.

Ask questions, repeat a step and keep a written reminder. The proposed visit has a clear price and limits, agreed before an appointment.

You stay in control.

Good security help should leave you more confident—not dependent on someone else holding your passwords.

You enter sensitive information yourself. We agree on changes before making them.

01

Start with a conversation.

Tell Ryan what you want help with. We agree on the devices, accounts, price and boundaries before an appointment. You may invite a trusted person to join you.

02

Work through it together.

Review the agreed areas, explain the options and make only the changes you approve. Unsupported or risky work stops for a clear next step.

03

Leave with a useful plan.

Know what changed, what was verified and what still needs attention. Keep a plain-English action sheet and an agreed follow-up.

An example we can practice

A familiar voice.
An urgent request.

A voice or video can look convincing. The useful habit is slowing down and checking the request through a trusted route before acting.

  1. Pause
  2. Verify independently
  3. Decide

You do not need to become a technical expert.

Practice with made-up examples, without pressure or embarrassment. Learn to pause, verify through a trusted phone number or website, and decide what to do. We pair this practice with suitable account improvements and a written reference. Sending your messages, screenshots or account data to AI tools is not part of the standard visit.

Behind the name

There really are two shepherds.

Twin Shepherd AI is named for Atlas and Rhea, Ryan’s German Shepherds. Atlas is Rhea’s uncle—“twin” is a nod to the protective pair, not their family tree.

The business is being built around that same watchful, steady spirit: local help, patient explanations and a practical way forward.

For small businesses

A practical first step
for your business.

For local businesses without an IT or cybersecurity provider. Understand your devices, accounts and priorities before agreeing to tools or ongoing support.

Individually scoped

A written quote before any work begins

Discuss your business →
  • A bounded review of the systems you authorize
  • A prioritized list of practical findings
  • Separately approved, supported improvements
  • Verification, a clear handover and unresolved items

Is this a managed security subscription?

This starting service is a defined review and agreed improvements. It does not include continuous monitoring, emergency incident response or unlimited technical support. Any further work would have its own written scope.

No access to other systems or customer information is assumed.

Good questions.

These are planned services. Final visit terms and availability will be confirmed before any booking or work.

Do I have to hand over my passwords?

No. You enter passwords and verification codes yourself and retain your recovery information. We do not take custody of banking passwords, recovery codes or security keys.

Will a security key work with my bank?

Support depends on the specific provider and account. Bank logins, transactions and financial-account changes remain with you and your provider. We do not promise banking compatibility or replace a provider's recovery process.

Can you help if I already suspect an active compromise?

Tell us before scheduling. An active incident may need specialist support and is outside the proposed standard visit. We will explain that limit rather than promise an ordinary checkup can resolve it.

What does the small-business review cover?

Only the assets and activities agreed with an authorized business contact. The outcome is a bounded set of findings, approved actions, verification results and unresolved issues—not an unlimited security audit or a 24/7 service.

Are appointments available now?

We are preparing the first local visits and finalizing the service terms. Email Ryan to discuss what you need; there is no online payment or confirmed booking on this page.

Start with a short email.

Email Ryan with the kind of help you would like and your general area. A short message is enough to begin. Family members may help arrange a visit, with your agreement. Small-business questions are welcome too.
